mix 1 slightly heaped tsp into a dash of boiling water and stir with the GLO bamboo whisk or nearest stirring utensil (not your finger). Can also be used in your favourite smoothie blend, straight over ice, in baking and or in raw cooking – No limits!

Turmeric - The active ingredient in turmeric is called curcumin which is a natural anti-inflammatory compound.

Coconut sugar – not refined so maintains more minerals and nutrients such as potassium, magnesium and iron

Cinnamon - Also acts as an anti-inflammatory but is so much more!! Cinnamon is such an amazing spice, it is useful in building immunity helps fight allergies and has antibacterial abilities.

Ginger - It has been used for centuries to fight the common cold and build immunity. Gingerol, the active ingredients in ginger can inhibit the growth of certain types of bacteria. Ginger helps treat nausea, morning sickness, muscle pain and acts as an anti-inflammatory agent.

Cardamom - has amazing digestion healing powers including helping with heartburn, IBS and loss of appetite.

Black Pepper – piperine the active ingredient in black pepper when mixed with curcumin aids in the absorption rate not to mention it taste amazing paired with turmeric, this is why we add it into our GLObrew Turmeric latte blend.

Many of the ingredients mentioned above are fat soluble which is why we love to pair our GLObrew Turmeric Latte with our house made coconut milk. The flavour of the coconut milk also enhance the hint of caramel flavour in the coconut sugar while blending smoothly with the warming and earthy rich spices.
